Returns & exchanges

Because most of our products are customized with your personal image or handwriting we do not accept refunds or exchanges. If you feel we made a mistake on your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will be more than happy to help you solve the issue.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
